Manufacturing technologies
Our range of manufacturing technologies is extremely versatile and enables us to process a wide variety of parts in a professional and cost-effective manner. We are happy to help you choose the right process for your project or product.
Metal punching, laser and water jet cutting & CNC plane milling
We can machine 0.5-15 mm thick copper and aluminium and 0.5-6 mm thick steel into a variety of shapes using our sheet metal punching machines. We manufacture both components and highly processed products by punching, laser cutting and CNC milling. With our highly automated compound machines, we can both laser cut and punch parts. We can also perform forming and threading.
Because we have a high level of automation, we can process workpieces very cost-effectively. For example, we can machine profiles into U-shapes, make hole fields and various types of cut-outs. We also have loading and unloading machines to load raw materials onto the machine and unload the finished products for the next steps or packaging.
Bending
Our bending methods include a press brake, horizontal and lateral bending for laths and plates, 3D bending for rods and tubes, and a high-end automatic bending machine. Robotic edging reduces programming time and setup. State-of-the-art programming helps minimise set-up times. In addition, the automation ensures consistent production and enables the manufacture of a wide range of batch sizes from small batches to volume production without high set-up costs.
CNC milling and turning
We are able to turn both round and square bars. Our machines can also be used for the machining of rotary workpieces. We use 3-5 axis milling, which allows us to machine complex parts from multiple directions without the need for separate cut-offs or additional set-up changes, which always add extra costs.
Welding & soldering
We use MIG, MAG, spot welding and brazing as joining methods. Welding and soldering is done by hand. Spot welding is particularly suitable for joining thin sheets.
Insert fittings and fasteners
We machine a variety of inserts and fasteners for sheet metal and flat sheets to create strong and durable mechanical fastenings. The inserts are pressed onto the pieces using a variety of special tools and machines. It is also possible to attach inserts and fasteners to die-cast components such as power rails. We can supply threaded inserts, lifting sleeves, thread reinforcements and clamping nuts, among other things.
