Sheet Metal Punching, Laser & Waterjet Cutting, and CNC Surface Milling

We process copper and aluminium sheets from 0.5 to 15 mm and steel sheets from 0.5 to 6 mm thick into various shapes. We manufacture both components and high-precision parts using punching, laser cutting, and CNC milling. Our highly automated combination machines enable both laser cutting and mechanical processing. We also offer forming and threading.

Thanks to our high level of automation, we can process workpieces very cost-effectively. We handle profiles into U-shapes, create hole patterns, and make various cuts. We also utilise automated loading and unloading systems for raw materials and finished parts, streamlining transitions to the next production or packaging phase.

Bending

Our bending technologies include press brakes, horizontal and side bending for sheets and strips, 3D bending for rods and pipes, and high-precision bending automation. Robotic bending minimises programming and setup times. Modern programming ensures consistent quality and cost-efficient batch production – from small runs to volume manufacturing.

Welding & Joining

Our joining methods include MIG, MAG, spot welding, and soldering – all done manually by skilled professionals. Spot welding is especially suitable for joining sheet metal.

Insert Installation and Fasteners

We install a wide range of inserts and fasteners in sheet metal and flat components to create strong mechanical joints. Inserts are pressed in specialised tools and machines. We also install inserts and fasteners into pressure-cast parts, such as busbars. Available options include threaded inserts, spacers, thread reinforcements, and press nuts.
