ISO 45001 Achieved – Investments in Safe Everyday Work and a Great Workplace
During 2025, we worked in a focused and goal-orientated way to achieve ISO 45001 certification. The certification is a concrete indication that the measures in our responsibility work have been implemented in practice and that our efforts have been assessed independently.
Laitila Coating Oy’s management system is now certified by LRQA in accordance with ISO 45001:2018, as well as ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. This extended certification confirms that we develop our operations through one integrated management system and that our way of working has been evaluated and verified by an external body.
Our certified management system covers:
- Occupational health and safety (ISO 45001:2018): risk management, safe working conditions, and supporting employee well-being
- Quality management (ISO 9001:2015): systematic operations, consistent processes, and meeting customer requirements
- Environmental management system (ISO 14001:2015): managing environmental impacts and driving continuous, goal-orientated improvement
